The objective of this initiative is to reduce the multiple and varied connections for users on all platforms and to increase productivity at the national level. In a conversation with ET Now co-founder, SlideShare and former architect of the DigiLocker project, Amit Ranjan explained how SSO and the DigiLocker platform will be useful, especially at the national, local and municipal levels.
Although the central platforms already have a smooth verification and login system, it may not be the same with the lower levels, where it comes in handy. “These entities might not be as tech savvy. They don’t have big budgets and may not be technically capable of providing the most efficient and high quality services. This is where SSO comes in and plays a useful role.
