Next is a popular online business platform dedicated to the fashion, personal beauty and home decor segment. The company is currently based in the UK.
Many users usually shop through the Next website. However, it appears that the Next website’s servers are experiencing issues that are not allowing users to connect.
Specifically, the Next website login system is currently down, as users cannot login using their credentials (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, ten).
The following website login system is down or not working
Social platforms like Twitter are full of reports on the matter. The issue prevents users from accessing their accounts on the Next website.
As a result, Next users are currently unable to purchase, manage their pending purchases, or track purchases that have already been made.
@nextofficial is there something wrong with the connection? I know my details are correct, but it says they are not! Even after requesting a new password and using it, your website still says the information is incorrect. Now it won’t send me a new password. What is happening?

@nextofficial Hello, I can’t connect to the site. It says my password is wrong, but it’s from my computer’s secure password vault. I see similar comments posted on forums by other customers this morning.

Although most of the reports are recent, others are more than a few days old. So it seems that the problem occurs from time to time on the Next website.
At this time, there is no official acknowledgment of the latest Next website login issue from the support team. We will update this story as events unfold.
